You can track your order via the Internet once it has left us, using the online tracking facility on our carriers' website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (to the address entered during the order process), which will contain a consignment number.
You can visit the City Link website, then enter your Consignment Number in the 'City Link Job No.' box, then click on the 'Search' button.
